Pizza night

My grandmother is an 86 year old Moroccan woman who raised 11 children and to this day cooks massive Shabbat meals even when no one comes to dinner. She also has a vice- she loves Pizza. She’d never admit it, but she loves it. And so I forced her out of her house, and made her pizza. When I drove her home post-pizza, she said, it was good, but I have heartburn. Basically, the best compliment ever.

First step was peeling 12 lbs. of tomatoes for the sauce (because you can do that in Israel, buy 12 lbs. of tomatos)
